6. Payments and Fees

Celevend may charge service fees for transactions processed through the Platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed. Payment terms and refund policies are subject to individual vendor agreements.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary by vendor. Customers are encouraged to review individual vendor cancellation policies before making bookings. Celevend is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Celevend or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Celevend acts as a marketplace and is not a party to agreements between customers and vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by vendors. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

Celevend reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
