Download the Celevend Vendor app and register your business. Complete your profile with your services, pricing, and portfolio. Once verified by our team, you'll start appearing in customer searches and can receive bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through our secure payment partner. All transactions are protected and encrypted for your safety.
What is your refund policy?
Refund policies vary by vendor and are clearly stated on each vendor's profile. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Contact our support team for specific cases.
